Return window
You're welcome to return your Nina Belaire order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
EU cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
If you're shopping with us from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. Our 30-day return window voluntarily extends this period to give you more time to decide.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your Nina Belaire order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing info@ninabelaire.co.uk. After 12 hours, your order may already be moving through our fulfilment process and can no longer be cancelled — but you're always welcome to return it once it arrives.
What condition must the item be in?
To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original Nina Belaire packaging with all tags still attached. Pieces that have been worn, used, or are missing their original packaging unfortunately cannot be accepted back.
Non-returnable items
A few things fall outside our standard returns policy: personalised or custom-made pieces, sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, and Nina Belaire gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer. You can expect to pay somewhere between 5–10 EUR depending on your location and the carrier you go with. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll happily cover the full return shipping cost ourselves.
Are there any restocking fees?
Never. Nina Belaire does not charge restocking fees on returned items.

My item arrived damaged, what now?
We're sorry — that should never happen. If your Nina Belaire piece arrived damaged or defective, get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send out a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives back with us and our team has inspected it, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to show up on your statement.
Partial refunds
In some situations we may grant a partial refund — for example, if an item comes back with minor signs of use or is missing its original packaging. We'll always reach out to you first before processing a partial refund, so there are no surprises.
