Eligibility
To shop with Nina Belaire, you need to be at least 18 years old, or have the go-ahead from a parent or legal guardian. When you place an order, you're confirming that the details you've given us are accurate and that you're legally able to enter into a contract with us.

If you set up an account with us, it's your job to keep your login details safe, and you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Nina Belaire reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts at our sole discretion.
Products
The product images on our website are there to give you a feel for each piece, and the item you receive may vary slightly from what's pictured.
Product availability
Everything in our shop is subject to availability. If something you've ordered turns out to be out of stock after the fact, we'll get in touch to let you know and either issue a full refund or, with your approval, ship a replacement.
Pricing
All prices on the Nina Belaire site are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time. If a price has been listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the wrong price and issue a full refund.
Payment methods
We accept American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. Your payment needs to be completed in full before we'll ship your order.
Order acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy from Nina Belaire. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Order processing and cancellation
We can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of an order being placed. After that window, your order moves into processing and ships out.
Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds
