Delivery time

After dispatch, your parcel typically reaches you within 4 to 7 business days. From the moment you place your order with us, you can expect everything to arrive in 5 to 9 business days in total.

How we ship

We hand your parcel to one of our trusted UK couriers — Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD — depending on the destination. Within 24 hours of dispatch, a tracking link lands in your inbox so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Lost or delayed packages

Things rarely go wrong, but if your parcel still hasn't arrived 15 business days after dispatch, get in touch with us. We'll either send out a replacement straight away or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Customs, duties and VAT

All prices listed on our store already include VAT for orders delivered within the United Kingdom — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. For deliveries outside the UK, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
